No refunds will be given for early check-outs or for situations which prevent a timely arrival. Optional travel insurance from Rental Guardian is available to compensate for trip delays, covered cancellations, and other unforeseen circumstances.

You may add coverage within 48 hours of your reservation and may cancel your policy within 10 days of purchase.

Pets are prohibited at all properties unless specific permission is granted in writing. Violators will be assessed their security deposit and are subject to eviction.

A security deposit of $200 may be held on arrival for any damage or loss during your stay. If damage or loss exceeds that amount, the balance will be charged to your credit card on file.

Damage includes smoking, and you will be charged for all additional cleaning necessary.

Cancellations: Cancellations will be refunded only if the property can be re-rented.

Arrival/Departure: Check in time is 3:00 PM and check out is 10:00 AM. An early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee. All properties are non-smoking. Occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home.
